Club Rules for Members

To keep the Club exclusive and fair for our members and partners, we have three simple rules:

Keep Offers Private – We secure phenomenal offers in part because we are a discreet club - we never advertise our travel deals publicly and kindly ask all members to refrain from sharing our offers (or who we work with) online.

Protect Our Partners – We ask members to refrain from leaving negative public reviews of our partners. Any concerns should be raised privately in the first instance to give our partners a chance to resolve the issue to your satfisfaction.

Champion Excellence – Word-of-mouth recommendations, lovely social media posts, or 5 star TripAdvisor/Google reviews are highly valuable to our partners.

If a special hotel or travel company has exceeded your expectations, this is a wonderful way to thank them and support the Club as a whole.

Q: How often will I receive offers?
A: We usually send emails on Tuesdays. Every opportunity is personally handpicked so you can plan and choose something special without being overwhelmed by choice.

Q: How do I make the most of my membership?
A: Flexibility is your friend! The best deals often come from being open about when you can travel and where. The more adaptable you are, the more extraordinary stays and experiences you’ll be able to enjoy.

Q: How are bookings handled?
A: All bookings are made directly with the hotel or partner. Club Thirty Three simply shares the opportunities; we don’t take any fees or commission. Using a credit card is always recommended for peace of mind.

Q: Can I see all offers in one place?
A: Coming in 2026: we’ll be launching a members portal where you can view all current offers in one place and filter by type or location, without going back through previous emails.

Q: Are there other types of offers beyond hotels and restaurants?
A: Absolutely. This year we’re introducing more incredible luxury lifestyle and sporting offers, alongside some travel services and flight deals too.

Q: How can I give feedback or share ideas?
