Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: 15th September 2025

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership in Club Thirty Three Luxury Travel Club(“Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Thirty Three Boutique Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

By subscribing, enrolling, or using any Club services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Club.

1. Membership Eligibility

  1. Membership is open only to individuals aged 18 or over.

  2. Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Companies, organisations, or groups may not register.

  3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Membership Benefits

Your membership entitles you to the benefits outlined at the point of enrolment. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Exclusive travel experiences, offers, or curated trips

  • Access to members-only content and communications

  • Concierge or booking support services

Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be updated or amended at our discretion.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment

  1. Membership is offered as a recurring subscription, billed at the frequency specified at sign-up.

  2. Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

  3. You authorise us to store and use updated payment information from your payment provider to continue your subscription.

  4. We reserve the right to adjust fees, with 30 days’ notice via email. Continued membership after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.

  5. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank, card provider, or internet service provider.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  2. Refunds will not be provided for partial billing periods.

  4. If you access digital content immediately upon registration, you may waive your statutory right to withdraw.

5. Account Conduct & Use

  1. You agree not to:

    • Share or sell your membership or login credentials

    • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

    • Use the Club for illegal or unauthorised purposes

  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for breach of this Agreement or misuse of Club services.

6. Liability

  1. The Club may include offers, experiences, or services from third-party providers. We do not guarantee their availability, quality, or performance.

  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your membership or use of Club services.

7. Data & Privacy

  1. We are the data controller for your personal information.

  2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK & EU law.

  3. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Club or its members.

8. Changes to Membership or Agreement

  1. We may update this Agreement or membership benefits from time to time.

  2. Any changes will take effect 30 days after notice via email or posting on the Site.

  3. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
